This section is intended to validate and visualize small parts of the BNGL code.
A necessary part of the BNGL code is molecules.
All other parts are not required. Parameters, functions, kinetic rates are ignored.
This sandbox can be used to check for some code inconsistencies, for example typos in molecules and sites names.
However, it can not be used as a comprehensive BNGL validator.
